Every story is written, narrated and scored from scratch for one child, so once your order has been processed we are not able to offer a refund. If something is not right, reply to your confirmation email and we will do everything we can to support you.
A first name, roughly how old they are, and the things they love. No surname, no date of birth, no school, no photograph. If you don’t feel comfortable sharing personal information, you are welcome to use a nick name or pretend name that the child will recognise.
An image model does, and we have spent months building an algorithm. For every page we write a description of the moment, built from your story and your answers about your child, and the model draws it. A person picks what each picture shows and checks every one before your book is put together.
